All controls require an external interface to program the units, many of which have proprietary interfaces or costly licensing fees to access. But with AAON, you receive complimentary access to our Prism software to help manage it all with consistency and confidence.

    • Complimentary access to sophisticated software. While many industry controls require the use of proprietary interfaces or costly licensing fees to access a unit controller, AAON provides complimentary access to our Prism software that can be accessed on a laptop or handheld service tool for technicians who can’t carry a laptop because they are working in either inclement weather or in highly secured areas.

    • Proactive troubleshooting. Troubleshooting wiring is a common first step in identifying issues. AAON provides full color complete wiring diagrams laminated inside each unit. No more black and white diagrams that don't help diagnose the problem.  
    • We're about getting the job done. AAON provides every technician comprehensive support with a dedicated Service & Tech Support team. 
  • Warranty

    We’re here to help protect your investment.  Get peace of mind with warranty programs that ensure your unit is built to last.   

    • The Limited Warranty is effective for 12 months from the date of original installation, or 18 months from the date of original shipment from the factory, whichever occurs first.
    • Compressors in these products are covered for 12 months from the date of shipment from the factory. 
      Optional 5-Year Extended Limited Warranties are available for purchase.
