Customers

We collect and use this information for digital communication, product registration, warranty administration, direct mail, operations, services, websites, mobile applications, customer support, and for our sales, marketing, and promotional purposes.

Employees

The personal information of current and past AAON employees, as well as applicants for employment, is collected, stored, and processed. This information includes name, contact information, IP addresses, government identifier, sexual preference/identity, financial account information, family information, employment and education history, job preferences, salary data, special needs or accommodations, criminal records, references, and information made public or indicated on your resume. AAON does not request or collect information pertaining to religion or political preference.

Vendors

This information assists us in customer service, provision of services and products, warranty and claims, accounts receivable and payable records, sales and marketing, and others.

If you or your company receives marketing communication emails from AAON, you may manage your preferences or unsubscribe by following the instructions contained in the email.

If you opt out of receiving email communications from AAON, or modify your preferences, it may take up to seven (7) business days for us to process your request, and you may continue to receive email communications from us during that period.

Information is Collected Automatically and “Cookies”

AAON believes the internet or the use of other digital technologies to be valuable tools for communicating, promoting, and interacting with our customers, employees, consumers, vendors, and others.
