AAON’s Technical Academy offers content created specifically to prepare technicians for real-life situations that they may experience when installing, servicing, and maintaining AAON equipment. These week-long courses are held at our facilities in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Kansas City, Missouri, allowing technicians to work on a variety of AAON units and technologies in a controlled environment. Technicians are also provided with simulators that create real-world scenarios to test their ability to think and adapt through the troubleshooting process.
