The Technical Academy is the premier training program for educating service technicians on AAON HVAC equipment, controls, applications, and more.
AAON’s Technical Academy offers content created specifically to prepare technicians for real-life situations that they may experience when installing, servicing, and maintaining AAON equipment. This week-long course is held at our facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma and allows technicians to work on a variety of AAON units and technology in a controlled environment. Technicians are also provided with simulators that create real-world scenarios to test their ability to think and adapt through the troubleshooting process.
