Options
CommLink5
The CommLink 5 is used to route communications between controllers or local loops on a control system. The CommLink 5 also provides communication with the control system through a connected Windows based computer running Prism 2 software.
IP Module
The IP Module Kit, when installed and configured in the CommLink 5 communication interface, provides TCP/IP Internet and/or intranet connection on Ethernet networked computer systems, allowing them to communicate with your control system.
Mini-Link Polling Device 5
The Mini-Link PD 5 is a communication device that creates a local loop to to route communications between multiple controllers allowing data to be shared. It is required on VAV/Zoning system for each AHU/RTU that has zones. The Mini-Link PD 5 determines the areas heat/cool demand based on data from the zones and then determines the heating-cooling mode of the AHU/RTU unit. Up to 60 Mini-Link loops can be networked on a CommLink 5 system.
USB-Link 2
The USB-Link 2 is a portable service tool used to connect your computer running Prism 2 to AAON controllers without the need for a CommLink.
PT-Link II BACnet 5
The PT-Link II (Protocol Translator) is used to provide bi-directional translation of data and information between the Orion System controllers and BACnet protocol. -
Performance
We use standard communication wiring to connect to our end-user interfaces. The on-board BACnet capability provides a more reliable communication to third party devices and Building Automation Systems.
-
Quality
Our extensive experience in the controls industry has allowed our communication options to evolve into the reliable tools necessary for successful startups, configuration, troubleshooting, and monitoring needed for high customer satisfaction.
