Me or my colleague doesn't have access to Rep Central. How do new users get access?

What does my Rep Central password give me access to?

As of July 8th your Rep Central username and password works as a single sign-on (SSO) password for Rep Central, My AAON, ECat 6. The documents viewer, order status, and parts website (for those who have access) will continue to use the old username and password until further notice.

When I try to log in to Rep Central, I am getting an error message. What should I do?

If you get an error message after trying to sign in, make sure you are manually entering your email address on the first step. If your company uses Microsoft internally, your work email might show up automatically; if this is the case for you, be sure you click ‘Use another account’ and type in your email address. You should use the same email address that you use to receive email communications from AAON.

I am trying to set up SSO for ECat, but I can't seem to log in.

ECat Version 6.0.359 introduced Single Sign On (SSO), meaning it now shares the same username and password as Rep Central and My AAON! If you have not yet set up a username and password for Rep Central yet, you will need to start by accessing Rep Central first. Then follow the instructions emailed to you to sign in with your work email.
