Rep Central is a secure portal exclusively for AAON representatives, providing access to tools, resources, and important product information.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is required for all SSO logins. Authenticator apps are no longer supported — please use SMS or email verification only. If you are experiencing any sign in errors or have questions about access, contact registration@aaon.com.
Me or my colleague doesn't have access to Rep Central. How do new users get access?
For new users, please contact registration@aaon.com to register a new account.
What does my Rep Central password give me access to?
With the introduction of single sign-on (SSO) for AAON online sales tools, one username and password now gives you access to multiple AAON platforms such as Rep Central, MyAAON, ECat, Order Status, Documents Viewer, and Parts.
When I try to log in to Rep Central, I am getting an error message. What should I do?
If you get an error message after trying to sign in, make sure you are manually entering your email address on the first step. If your company uses Microsoft internally, your work email might show up automatically; if this is the case for you, be sure you click ‘Use another account’ and type in your email address. You should use the same email address that you use to receive email communications from AAON.
I am trying to set up SSO for ECat, but I can't seem to log in.
ECat Version 6.0.359 introduced Single Sign On (SSO), meaning it now shares the same username and password as the other AAON online sales tools. If you need help setting up your SSO, check out our step-by-step how-to article.
How does SSO (Single Sign-On) behave across different browser sessions and windows?
SSO works within the same browser and browser session. If you open multiple websites that use SSO in new tabs of the same browser window, you won’t need to re-authenticate. However, if you open them in a new browser window, incognito mode, or a different browser, you may be prompted to re-authenticate—though it will still use the same SSO credentials.
Do I have to start from Rep Central to access SSO-enabled websites?
No, you can start from any SSO-enabled website to begin your session. However, Rep Central is a recommended starting point because it provides links to all the websites accessible via SSO, making navigation easier.
