With the addition of single-sign on (SSO) to AAON's online sales tools, you can now use one set of credentials to access multiple AAON platforms—including Rep Central, MyAAON, ECat, Order Status, Documents Viewer, and Parts. This streamlined login experience makes it easier to move between tools without needing to remember multiple passwords.
Follow these steps to get started:
✅ First-Time Setup Instructions
If you've never signed in to any of the tools using SSO before.:
-
Choose any of the following platforms to begin your SSO setup—you only need to sign up once, and you can do it from whichever tool you’re trying to access:
-
Enter your work email address
🚩 If your email shows up in a list of Microsoft login options, click “Use Another Account” and enter your work email manually.
This step ensures you’re signing into your AAON account—not one tied to your company’s Microsoft environment. -
Click “Forgot Password”
A security code will be sent to your email. Use it to set your new SSO password. -
Create your new password
-
Set up multi-factor authentication (MFA)
-
On your first login, you’ll automatically be prompted to set up MFA using SMS (text message).
-
If you prefer, click “Use another method” to set up MFA via email instead.
-
We strongly recommend email as the preferred MFA method because it provides stronger account security.
-
-
Complete sign-in
Once MFA is set up and verified, you’ll be signed in. Once you’ve signed in using SSO on one platform, your credentials will work across all the others.
🔒 Why MFA Matters
Multi-factor authentication protects your account by requiring both your password and a verification code. This added layer of security keeps your AAON account safer from unauthorized access.
-
SMS method: You’ll receive a one-time code via text message whenever you sign in.
-
Email method (preferred): You’ll receive a verification code in your inbox. Email MFA is generally harder for attackers to compromise than SMS.
